About Big Bang Food Tech
The Indian sub-continent with the longest living civilisation has many different languages, customs, flavours and cuisines. There are many food brands that have preserved these flavours. Some have been making a single dish unchanged for generations, while others have brought together 2 distinct cultures beautifully.
We want to offer this food to everyone.
Our mission is to scale up legendary food brands, while at the same time preserving the traditional process, ingredients and sentiments.

Puran Singh is a 70 year old Legend. People swear by it and often make the drive to Ambala to savour the famous mutton curry.
Big Bang Food Tech acquired Puran Singh Ka Dhaba in May 2022 and opened the very first 1st outlet in August 2022.
